I wouldn't say impossible but there is definitely alot going on at all times when pushing the car. I always fought the rear end in mine and it was at stock power. Fun yes, the fastest way around, no lol

I had one and it was a blast to hoon around but the G8X platform is on another level traction and stability wise.

BMW vaguely calls it the M Prototype but we think we know better. We’re fairly certain it’s the M4 CS coming out next year. Although the lap time is not specified, the hot coupe has managed to go faster around the ‘Ring than the all-mighty M4 CSL (7:18.137). How is that possible? It’s a good question considering the CSL is slightly lighter after deleting the rear seats. The only logical explanation we can think of is the addition of xDrive compared to the CSL’s rear-wheel-drive layout.

The club is really great, and they most every local chapter does high performance driving schools a couple of times a year. It’s a really great, safe way to get track time in your car. It will honestly make you a much better every day driver. These are much more focused on dynamics and car control, rather that trying to squeeze every ounce of speed.

Come join us at NASA Northeast - we do several track days at NJMP.

And we have partners on our website that offer full track insurance for our events - but incidents on HPDE are rare. Even rarer at beginner groups - HPDE1.

Thank you, I think my chapter is just north in Chester county. 100% joining up before I get my car.
