So I tried writing an email to BMW genius instead of calling and here is the deal. I am RFT since 10/27, and as of last Monday when I called Genius I was told I had left the factory and am on the way to the port. Here is the email response I just got back a few minutes ago from BMW:
Thanks for writing to BMW of North America, LLC regarding the status of your new 2024 BMW 330i xDrive Sedan. Congratulations on your new BMW! Our records indicate your BMW is currently in transit from the factory to the port of departure. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA when your BMW will arrive. Once your vehicle arrives at the port and is assigned a vessel, the status will update to "In Transit," which we will then have the name of the ship your BMW is on and can provide you the name so you can use any third-party vessel tracking website to see your BMW in real time. Should you need to contact Customer Relations and Services again, you can reach us at 1-800-831-1117 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Thanks again for taking the time to write us, |

Looks like I'm in this group with ya'll.
ZB M2 with Carbon Pack Put down a deposit in January Allocation came up in July Production began early November (11/8) Currently in RFT Located in northern New Jersey I emailed BMW Customer service today. Was told the following: "Our records show that your vehicle currently is in transit to the port of departure. At this time we do not have an estimate as to when your vehicle may ship to the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC). Once your vehicle is in transit to the VPC, feel free to reach back out, as we will have more information that we would be happy to share." Trying to be patient, but man is it tough. |

DISPATCHED FROM FACTORY
Your new BMW has left the factory, and is on its way to you. Status updated last night, I think it’s on its way to the port |

Received this email from the geniuses
completed production and arrived at the port of exit as of 11/1/23 and will be assigned a vessel shortly. Please note, this information is an estimate and is subject to change. It seems like they send different things to different people so according to them it should be at port waiting for a ship so closer to being loaded I guess Both altimara and Veracruz have a bunch of ships in port that hit the east coast

Seems like everyone called today. Talked to a lovely (seemingly) “matured” lady named Karen who shared its looking like a 4-8 week timeframe to be processed in port. Seeing how tracking went in the other earlier group it’s basically pointless to track ships until you know your port and slightly less pointless once you have that. I was told no known port or ships yet. Based off of research it seems all our cars spanning being RFT for 2-4 weeks will be updated into a port and then shipped out likely by the end of the month. Brunswick 15-day outlook doesn’t seem to be the most accurate until the assigned ship reaches veracruz or altamira.
Hang in there and keep on calling/checking everyone! We’ll be assigned to a port and onto a boat before we know it! 🤞🏼 |

My M2 is also arriving to Chicago, are all M2's going this direction going through Baltimore? I'm currently in "Final Assembly" so I expect that car will be delivered about mid to end of February.

Looks like the toledo left on 11/20 and hit Galveston and now on its way to Brunswick.
Could also be the Frontier Ace which is in port at Veracruz

Friends, log in and check the tracker. Last night when I went to bed I was "Ready for Transport". This morning I checked and I am "In Transit"!!! It's a Thanksgiving miracle.
My port is Brunswick. Tomorrow I'll check with my CA and see if they can tell me what ship I'm on.

It sounds like this is about to pop and hopefully everyone’s status starts flipping! Happy Thanksgiving fellow RFT’rs. Today marks 4 weeks of RFT for me.
