Road & Track had a comparison test of the F87 M2 vs the Camaro 2SS 1LE. They asked the same question - which one is the muscle car?

Nice 👍 I’ll enjoy reading that later. I think the G87 is even more of a candidate - being larger, heavier, and with more power and torque. It also has more of a brutish appearance, whereas the F87 looks more elegant IMO.

That was the only M2/M3/M4 type muscle car.

Normally aspirated V8. Unique among the small M cars.
