160 is the hand over to sales milestone (same as ready to transport).

I’m in the same boat as you, est week 42 and entered production this week. From what I could find, the estimated build week should line up with the estimated completion week (from my CA and bimmer post threads from years ago). I think the “supply chain issues” we’ve been plagued with over the last few years changed the expectations
