I have less self-control at this time than ever in my life LOL.

My girlfriend is not going to be happy with the 10 massive boxes soon to be sitting in my living room.

Question for the boys - car is BSM. Should I paint match the entire thing, or do what IND did and paint match the bottom decklid extension, then clearcoat the whole wing portion to be gloss carbon?
I would mostly paint the entire thing and a leave subtle touch of clear CF either on the small 'lip' portion of the top wing or the underside of the top wing.

What are your thoughts after a week with the Dahler?

I was just about to click check out on it after some reviews online said it was noticably louder. The one thing I find lacking on the G87 is sound. I was thinking Valvetronic mid pipe + Dahler.

Do you think it’s much better than Sport+ or about the same?

Looking for an honest review.

First time on the highway, 120 miles on it, and I get a rock chip and crack in my windshield. First repair, fun times.

Dang looks great in AW with those choices to accent. May be the cleanest I've seen in that color.

Took it in for break in service, it seems the ASD is louder now. My mpg has been hovering around 20.1, it's about to plummet.

To be honest, the only time I can hear any major difference is when I first cold start the car and click the valve open button. Love that sound change that’s a deeper tone. The difference is still there when driving in comfort but not as noticeable. And when you switch to sport or sport plus setting, I can’t hear any difference and might be because of the fake speaker sounds that turn on on sport/sport+ settings. If I were to go back, I would probably invest that money in some midpipe plus axel back exhaust that would come with its own valve control

Picked it up from the dealer where it's been since Thursday because my front drivers side tire was leaking air. Caused a whole shit storm and ruined MPACT for me last weekend.

Just went down to wash it and...

I had this happen when I swapped my new wheels on, took it right back to the tire shop (30 min past closing) and because of the beaded lip they needed to over inflate the tire for a few minutes to press the tire into the bead, and then it was set. I'm not sure if this may/may not be applicable but just sharing.

I also plan on doing Valvtronic mid pipe with the Dahler unit. I'm having some doubts now after reading your review. In sport and sport +, can't you turn off the fake interior sound with the exhaust button but open the flaps with the Dahler controller? I thought the Dahler controller overrides everything.

Fake interior sound can be coded out with Bimmercode.
