Stopped after Cars & Coffee for brunch at a Peruvian restaurant. Mine, chunks of filet with onions and tomatoes, fried eggs and plantains. Hers, a porterhouse, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs. Lemonade fresh squeezed by the glass. AMAZING!

I have some oat meal (and prob out of date by now) it's just that it takes too long to cook it whence porridge is easy, in fact having some right now, it lowers cholesterol.

Not quite and all those no sodium with added iron with calcium things on it can make you think it's something else. Scotch Porridge Oats is the biz and it keeps me going until after lunch when I'm thinking about an early dinner.
