Edit - anyone with a Balt dest port update to In Transit or is it all the Brunswick folks?

One thing we can confirm is that those cars were loaded at the Altamira port. What this means is that all we need to keep an eye on anything leaving that port that is expected to hit our port of destination and in my case NJ

Unless they filled up Veracruz port with cars, and then the spillover cars went to Altamira.

But I wouldn't give up hope yet, last voyage BMW genius wasn't aware of everyone who was on the ship at the same time. There were several days before status was updated for everyone even on BMW genius side.

Just a quick update - talked to my CA and her manager told her the car should be here end of November. That leads me to believe it is on the Cardinal... we shall see over the next few days! Another situation where one party tells me something different than the other.

Edit - CA reassured they are "fairly confident" it will be ready for delivery by the end of November. Who knows at this point, but guessing they are assuming it's on the boat...

Just called BMW Genius and they still said mine is in transit to the port but also mentioned it’s only updated once a day so who knows…as far as I know no NJ drop offs are confirmed.

Glad some cars are on the water. It would be good if those providing updates indicate their port of entry into the US.

Mine is Port of NY/NJ and I’m still sitting in ready for transport. 😟

Same status and same port. Ready for Transport and NY/NJ

So far, it seems like only cars going to Brunswick have received a status update to In Transit. Has anyone with a different port changed status?

For the majority of people on the previous voyage, their CAs and BMWGenius only found out about the ship the day before it landed in Brunswick. And the tracker updated the day it landed in Brunswick.

I hope this is the case. It would baffle me if they weren't FIFO and don't get our vehicles that have been in RFT since around the end of Sep on this boat.

In other news, the Glovis Sunrise is just about to anchor in Veracruz. Also I see the Glovis Sky on the Brunswick 15 day schedule now coming in on 11/8. Right now it's headed to Freeport. Not sure if it's going to swing by Mexico after that.

I was told PCD dates are selected only after the vehicle arrives at Brunswick GA.
I guess 2 to 3 weeks after the arrival is the window (with current PCD volume)

To me this is actually more reassuring that it's a scale issue, needing to scan and update all cars, as opposed to a destination issue. The only other plausible explanation is our cars are in Veracruz.

I called today to BMW and was pretty much told to keep waiting and that everyone is in the same boat

BMW genius line said stats are updated once per day (not sure I believe that but who knows) so it could move tonight?

^ This. Thats the only thing I can think of as well. The downside to that is I have no idea when the next ship would be going to Brunswick from Veracruz. The pattern we are seeing is that only the Glovis ships are taking BMWs to the east coast.

My car is still in RFT stage (since 9/29). I'm hopeful that status will flip at any moment, but, agree, my main concern at this point is my car is at Veracruz. Anyone know the ship owner/manager for Glovis Cardinal?

With the Toronto no longer stopping at Veracruz, the next bet for a boat that goes from Vercruz to Baltimore (and also stops at Altamira and Brunswick) is Bravery Ace, maybe others that I haven't checked.
