Lots of delays and canceled flights these days. You think you're going somewhere and then sadly realize you're staying put.

Very true. And normally you would look to the airline to ensure that an alternative flight was arranged, but it seems in this case the airline is unwilling to accommodate and ensure another flight is taken when the original flight gets cancelled.

I specifically asked for a start date and an end date. Because initially they wanted me to get the self renewing plan.

They must have changed policy. The only option I have had is auto renew on a credit card. My leases come with a one year subscription. I then pay for two years but trying to cancel is hell. They keep switching you to someone else. Uhhhh I am returning the vehicle. I don’t need it. I’ll try the end date thing when my paid subscription ends.
