The 1 M only came with the CSL type 359 polished silver wheel. Guys had to fork-out to get them in a different finish.

PROPS to BMW for having options again.

I don't know what qualifies as young, I'm mid-40s. Personally, I don't think silver wheels look good on most anything, and definitely not sports/performance cars. It's also a very poor exterior color choice to debut the wheels. That exterior color needs gloss black or gunmetal wheels, even bronze would look better than the silver.

If they replace black, I'll start a new thread complaining, just like the loss of cognac interior complainers

I don’t care about the supposed power increase because I will eventually tune this thing but Skyscraper, Grigio and Portimao would have been good color options and I probably would have picked one over my Brooklyn Grey. You can get a new steering wheel at any time

The Alcantara wheel is still only an option, not standard like some were suspecting - Press release:
