I like it better with thigh /leg meat, but I wasn't making 2 different meals & my wife likes it with breast

(had no onions, so used the last shallot.. not quite the same flavor)

This was actually last Thursday, our usual sushi night. Chefs made us a special boat, mostly sashimi, since it was my birthday.

THIS was last night. Margherita and a sausage & veg. Used canned mushrooms for the first time, as we recently saw a thing about pizza in Windsor CA where apparently that's all they use. Since the weather was nice (spring, yay!) I cooked 'em on the grill. Pretty good. Grill makes good crust.
