There was a Coca-Cola branded one at the YMCA I swam at when I was a kid. (Cool old place, had a banked wooden running track around the top of the swimming pool wing. Got torn down, alas.) The bottles hang in refigerated water. I imagine the machine was (is!) pretty cheap to run.

Not the Ideal 55 slider...it's refrigerated using a Tecumseh compressor. Manufactured from the late 40's to the early 60's (mines a '48 ).
