Lady Jane you seem to be using tofu in less-than-traditional concoctions. The general idea of adding it to something it can simmer in is usually best, in addition to the previous frying suggestions.

I find tofu some of the most easily-digestible protein. And generally, it just tastes like whatever I sauce it with, so it's good.

Something new at the deli counter. I decided to give it a try since it looked appetizing.

The outer crust was rock hard and the center crust was paper thin. The topping was mildly palatable. That's what I ate and got rid of the rest. Usually, PC products are pretty good but not this time.

In the winter, don't you want something to warm you up???

I know when temps start drifting down towards COLD, and I need to wear more than shorts next to the BBQ, I move more towards the medium direction on the tofu myself.
