Taco Tuesday shrimp fajita (fa-rito?), with chipotle black beans. Chili-dusted shrimp, peppers & onions, cheese, avocado mash, sour cream.
Not sure why I rolled it up that way, but seemed the thing to do at the time.

The better half had some of her home made Macaroni & Cheese (not a KD connoisseuse).

For me, I pick-up another Senators Pizza for $4. They score 4 goals but lost 6-4 to Buffalo...

"Korčula" salad

Salad inspired by a meal we had in Korčula, Croatia. This salad never gets old, it is a regular in our rotation.

So fresh, so good.

Feta
EVOO
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Sumac

Liberally garnished with sumac and cumin!
