More updates. Talked to the BMW Genius and it appears that my car was/is on the vessel named "Undine".

The Genius said that it arrived "today", however the vessel docked in Galveston TX on July 1 at 2:20p CST (about two hours after I added my port installed options). The Undine departed for Japan about 23 hours later.

Similar here - been in port since 7/9 and still hasn't shipped - I assume it's either waiting for the MP HAS install (or damage repair) still even though they're telling me it's waiting for a carrier.

BMW Genius reports I have the "work order started" status code, as of 7/17. The "estimated" delivery date is 7/19 per their system. We shall see

I'm now onto status code 160 Final Assembly and hoping this means I can soon meet all the criteria for the Performance Center Delivery option to get scheduled. They emailed saying that the engineering work order must be completed and any applicable "holds" be removed, but I'm not sure at which status code that may occur.

Deposit placed on May 25, just hit 150 (Production begins) today with a VIN and a production date of 7/18

What status code do you have now? My production date was 4 days after yours and I've been at status code 160 (final assembly) for about 3 or 4 days now. Curious where yours is now as well, especially since we both have the same paint color and assuming the cars were batched together?

Finally moved to "Ready for Transport". The nearly two weeks in the prior (Final Assembly) was agonizing Happy to see it progressing through the steps. My production week was July 22nd.

Anyone on here know at what status code the Performance Center will be willing to assign delivery date? I'm assuming not until after "dispatched from the factory". I got an email from them (to my CA) stating the holds needed to be released from the work order first, but I'm not sure how that translates into status codes.

The app just JUmPED to “nearly yours!” Does that mean it landed in the States?

Nope, just an app "glitch" and the BMW Genius line says its still at the port in Mexcio. So....I'm guessing getting loaded onto a ship and somehow their system is "updating"? The website still shows status 165 (waiting for transport) but the app shows "Nearly yours." Super confusing and anti-climatic!
