IS1500 for STREET USER A brake pad that produces less dust compared to factory OEM.
IS2000 for STREET / SPORTS USER Raises the level of performance compared to factory OEM.

Hard to find definitive information, but seems like 1500s are street optimized. The 2000s should have a more track focus, which may mean don’t bite as much until warmed up but can withstand harder use before overheating.

Any comparason with Endless MX72? I was about to go with those as soon as I get my car but I see everyone is going with something else

I doubt it. There is no such thing as zero tradeoffs. It's probably better for most uses, no disagreement there. It's "data" from the manufacturer of the aftermarket pad plus no test procedure or indication of what OEM pad they tested against. This shows IS2000 dusts more than OEM which is not true at all for a BMW.
