Thanks for this! It looks way better than the M3/M4.

Can you show a render in black metallic?

I think it's highly likely that this is the real bumper. And the render looks realistic based on the bumper. The car looks good, I don't understand the massive hate. At least it has a not-oversized grill.

I don't care even a little bit. I love my car. think everything bmw has shown in the last year is trash. I'm sorry this upsets you.

Don’t follow. I bought my f87 CS after passing on a g80 M3 comp I built from an f80 comp lci. Not liking any of these designs has nothing to do with validating a purchase. At the end of the day if the g87 comp or CS is a banger, I’ll sell my f87. That’s the beauty about being in a decent financial position- you can make the jump and not have to justify your purchase because you’re not “stuck” with it.

BMW design has fallen off a cliff and into a pit of despair which is a shame cause electrification is upon us and styling will naturally move away from what it was with ICE.

That being said, some inevitably will like it and more power to you but I’m fairly certain most that have been with the brand awhile have been taken back with these designs

Hmmm...Notice the shape of the kidneys, flares and the stance? Outside of the triangle intakes, unrealistic headlights and the lip spoiler, it seems to be almost spot on.

Again, there are safe designs out there if you can't get over change. There are also square toe dress shoes for this same type of person. Something for everyone 👍

Usually a Tylenol PM. But usually just getting into bed a little early helps me get tired.

That being said, the rendered car doesn't look bad at all and I don't understand the hate, it looks like an aggressive 2 door BMW, exactly what the M2 should be, so what is your problem? The grill size is in check, big air intakes like on every M car, and the headlights are clean, albeit not dual halos like we're used too.
I remember a “hood leak” not too long ago which showed the future hood of the M3/4 and it turned out to be the production hood.

The bumper seems trying to follow M5 LCI design language. However, the front end is in fact already completely ruined by the headlight.

Agree and don't get their design logic either. Once electrification fully takes over it will level the playing field in reliability and performance. BMW are digging their own grave.

Looks good. Simply need a few more curves in there. Certainly looks much better than the G80 ever will.

This is exactly the sort of design I was hoping for for the M2. Minor front bumper and grill revision is all that is necessary. Not this cheap boxy looking crap from the leaked photos, which we’re undoubtedly going to get.
