As much as it is about where you go on the date, it is just as important to:

1. Make the date about her (See Hitch)
2. Show genuine interest in her - If you are actually into this person
3. Be a gentleman - Open the door, wait for her to take her seat, etc...
4. Relax - it will either click, or it won't...don't come on too strong or make it weird

While many guys fantasize about scoring, the reality for many is to find a woman that stimulates our minds...the only true way to do that is to stop worrying about impressing her, or being someone/something that we are not. Too often we play a role and do things according to what we think we or others think we should do rather than do what makes us truly happy.
If you don't have any preconceived notions about what you are doing, or what you want to have happen, then the date can have it's own flow. I never think about incorporating alcohol into a first date...nor do I think about sex on a first date...even if it is what she wants. I think it's far better to leave them wanting more than to have them think you were a self centered tool.
For what it's worth, I would avoid big attraction places like Disney and find more low key places like a park, beach, nature place etc...sometimes just sitting and talking with the sun setting over looking a scenic spot can surpass all the man made glitter of Disney or Vegas.
