Lavar also guaranteed two titles for the Lakers with his sons and LeBron. So, it looks like a good decision for James to go to the Lakers if rings are his goal. The Lakers are now a reality show posing as a basketball team. Let's see how they do on the court. |

Don't get me wrong, LeBron is not a "tough guy", either, but the Lakers aren't, and never have been, a "tough guy" team. Ever. |

I agree with the second part, which is exactly why it was a surprise to me - he's got less of a chance at a ring in LA than he did in Cleveland.

Nope. Less pressure to make the finals there than in Cleveland, let alone Boston, Philly or Houston.

Too bad there was so much hype on Lonzo last year, Lakers coulda had Tatum and Kuzma in the same draft, and playing with LBJ. I think this could still work some how if the rest of the youngsters continue their progress and raise their play to Lebron' level. Who knows? lol

Kahwi will end up at the Lakers this year so the Raptors don't lose out in free agency, like we got screwed in OKC with Durant a few years ago.
If Kahwi ends up with the Lakers (and he's said he'd be good with the Clippers as well, he's concerned with sponsors and pay, not rings) it will be Warriors v Lakers in the Western Conference Finals..............unless Westbrook learns to dish and Andre is 100% and Adams keeps developing his game. |

In my opinion Houston is going to be a good amount less affective vs the warriors this season. Losing Ariza is big, the only way to beat GS is with defense, and Ariza was one of their best perimeter defenders. Also, signing Melo is going to be a huge mistake.
