The point of the article is it is those who have not been vaccinated who are catching/spreading the disease... Is every vaccine 100% effective across the population, no. Does having people vaccinated prevent the spread, yes.

That particular story. The report I listened to on the news last night indicated that only 1 of those in Cali who caught it weren't current on the MMR vaccine.
