My office phone just blew up with calls from moving companies responding to my request for a quote. Ummmm, I'm not moving. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the caller ID. I let them go to voicemail. As I'm listening to the messages, my phone is ringing showing a caller ID from another moving company. WTF? There were about 8 calls in rapid succession. Scam?

Someone punking me?

More like...sounds like someone made a typo when entering their own phone number into a web site like Thumbtack, which puts your job out to "qualified" local companies for them to bid on.....

It seems that way. I just got another voicemail. This was the only one that said “This message is for Mr & Mrs Klein”. I got 9 calls and the Kleins are wondering why no one called back.

Why do American wear shoes indoors, especially on their couches and beds?

When I see the amount of piss that is on the floor of most urinals or the amount of splash back on the shoes, how can you put them on your bed?

Fkn nasty.

At least wear slippers or socks, if you don't want to do bare feet.

I'm bare always at home.

I googled it too. __________________ A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
