Hate to point this out, but they didn't update the mirror caps to black, the badges to black with silver outline or the interior. Still has the old steering wheel (not flat bottom) and dash layout. Still pretty cool though.

I would say try your local hobby store or keep an eye out on eBay. Unfortunately, there do not appear to be any for sale at the moment (on ebay.com or ebay UK) but do keep trying. The one that is shown here is model number GT424 made by GT Spirit to help you with your search.

Minichamps will be releasing a 1/43 scale (in a few colours) with an expected release of Q1 2025.
Solido will also be releasing their 1/43 version of it with the M Performance kit fitted, expected in Q1 2025:

Ah the Minichamps 1/18 scale version is not yet released. It was expected Q1 2025 but sadly, seems to have been pushed back.

I will of course update this thread when it does get released

Not bad for a $1 toy! Front lower air ducts don't protrude as much as the real thing, and the ride is a bit high even compared to my stock G87.

I got mine on Ebay and I think it shipped from a seller in Malaysia. Same experience for me not seeing anything G87 in any local stores.

I love it. My kids gave me their M cars from their hot wheels/Matchbox collections. Though my oldest does have a BMW M1 still in the package that he isn't willing to part with.
