Game Over : 2-0

A well deserved win for Barcelona. Man. United never found its game. I don't know ...it may be the white uniform they had to wear. They never feel like the same team when that happens.

My vote for MVP goes to the whole Barca mid-field but Gerard Piqué in defense was out of this world in the game.

Congrats to the Spaniards

First 10 mins of the game it was all MAN U, as soon as the goal happens, MAN U just completly lost it. Man U gave in to Barca type of game.

Man U has the speed and long passes, Rooney was shut down the whole game and PUYOL did an amazing job trying to hold of C. Ronaldo. The better team won, so congrats to BARCA.

+1 guys....I have similar thoughts as yours.

I was really disappointed by MAN UTD performance. Barca deserved to win as MAN UTD were outplayed. We all wanted more but that didn't happen. MAN UTD 25 match unbeaten run in Europe was ended by a superior Barca side. All credits to Barca and their amazing coach Mr Gurdiola.

Anyway,looking at the bright side.... it wasn't a bad season. MAN UTD won the premiership, Worthington CUP, World club championship.....3 trophies is alot. That also shows that they have played a hell number of games this season(I think it's a record for a euro club) so it could be fatigue playing it's part in final.

I respect MAN UTD for making us dream and I hope MAN UTD bounce back because I believe they will.

after ManUtd lost the first goal....the whole team was like total meltdown...miss-passes...all amatuar mistakes from 10-14 mins.....
then Giggs just disappeared since.....Rooney wasn't doing much help....and only Park was running around and making some room for Ronaldo....but apparently there's only these two are being offensive....

messi is one hell of a player plus i dont think they should even be compared. Very distinct playing styles. Messi is more composed and clean while Ronaldo is a wild beast.

What i like about barca is they never lose their cool. Even with the chelsea game, after being spanked left and right for 92 minutes, they came through and won the game. If Man u played like they did in the first 10 minutes, no doubt in my mind they would have won that game.

i couldn't agree more!!!

kept reminding me the 1999 ManUtd team's spirit compare to 2009's....i'd prefer the 1999 team....even the footwork and technique might be worse...but their spirit is so much better than ManUtd now....

A fine game indeed. I would have liked to see Man U win, but Barca simply out played them. They completely took rooney and ronaldo out of the game. Which most other teams cant do. They controlled the ball, passed better and were confidently cool the whole time - Man U just could never establish their flow. Congrats to Barca.
