Paypal was not fronting anything. She had money in her account when I filed the dispute, paypal froze her funds while deliberating than said nothing they can do and released her funds back to her. So it was her money not paypal's

correct, but again this has nothing to do with paypal. there is zero way paypal can prove whether or not a service was done. Again I'm anti paypal but you have to remember paypal is making next to nothing on these transactions (in comparison to the credit cards). They're simply passing along the credit card fee.

Again it was stupid to pay with a paypal balance. NEVER pay with a paypal balance.
Paypal should be used as a way to pay with a credit card and NOTHING more.
