Took our 14 year old dachshund in for an ultrasound today. Liver enzymes crazy elevated on her check up last week. She's either got a tumor, cushing's disease, or a drinking problem. Results tomorrow.

The Doof on guard duty again on his end of the couch. We just watched team Ferrari knock themselves out of this F1 race. The Doof wasn’t moved by this, but he is a Red Bull fan...

You’re right.
I had taken a bunch of the cars and The Doof with the Nikon SLR, but they were apparently to large in data volume to be uploaded. I’m not used to taking pics with a lower resolution setting. When I can get around to it, I’ll reconfigure the settings and take some shots.

Good news! Ultrasound ruled out cancer or tumors. Looking more and more like an overactive adrenal gland. More tests on Wednesday to prove that out. If that's what it is, it's super manageable with daily meds.

Brushing only minimally helps. We vacuum a container or more a day.

I brush out Apollo on the other side of the house, away from the back door. Amazingly, clumps of fur are still there days later.

Oh yeah, we have to brush outside. What is amazing to me is I pull laundry out of the dryer and can find a strand of her fur somehow entwined with clothing thread.

I cant get my german shedder within 20 feet of the vacuum, it freaks her out

Flo-bee didn't work on me as a kid, why would I try it on an animal???
