I ate the caldo my wife made so fast last night, there wasn't time.

MAYBE tonight I'll get a pic.

Crockpot full of meats, then added zukes and carrots from the garden, taters from a bag. Pour over the top of a bowl with spanish rice and salsa, indulge.

Not quite dinner yet but I experimented with tofu...for the last time. Personally, I just can't get past the texture. At least I tried and now I have an informed opinion.
