On Track Magazine definitely seemed to describe him as a talent and very self assured ...if I recall correctly.

He was the Jackie Robinson of motor racing. Yeah, you could say he came up against a lot of good 'ol boys who didn't want a person of color around, never mind on the starting grid. He was talented, and he wasn't ashamed to say so. Highly recommend it. I say Willy race at several IMSA and SCCA Trans-Am races in the '80s.

I don't care to watch it until it hits VOD but not necessarily for the reason you mentioned.

It simply looks as though the Braniacs at WB Studios and DC figured they could make a quick buck by throwing in a sexy actress along with the current success of Comicbook Films as a whole. It flopped at the box office.

So we have watched a few since I have had a chance to log on here.

Zombieland Double Tap - If you liked the first one, you will like this one. Good for just wanting to laugh and unwind.

Dr. Sleep - I actually really liked this one. They tied it in really nicely with The Shining, and there was some really good acting. Nice plot, some twists, and kept me engaged the entire movie.

I watched "The Wandering Earth" on NF last night. I enjoyed it. Didn't realize until the end that it was Cixen Liu, I really enjoy his writing.

Recently watched Logan Lucky, quite a good movie honestly. Has some high dollar actors in it too, Channing Tatum, Daniel Craig, and Adam Driver. Definitely more of a redneck movie tho, but fitting since I used to live right beside Charlotte Motor Speedway. Would recommend.

EDIT : Also, if you watch NASCAR, a LOT of the scenes have drivers in it, whether they are faux Police Officers or Limo drivers... Quite fun to spot them.

I'm hard to please when it comes to movies, most bore me. I don't understand the recent appeal of super hero movies, they were all pretty boring to me.

I was really skeptical of an Adam Sandler movie but Uncut Gems was both an amazing movie and an amazing performance for Adam. Highly recommended !!

I saw that in the theater like three years ago, that was good. I think Dwight Yoakam was also in the movie ?

I thought Daniel Craig as a redneck was brilliant and a great departure from Bond. On that note, I think he is one of the best Bond's and would like to see him stick with it for a while longer.

The girl and I had been wanting to watch some of the Craig Bond's, but she found Logan Lucky and was like "It's sort of a redneck James Bond!" lol.

Supposedly there is an atomic blonde two in the works. I hope it works out better than the John Wick two, and especially John Wick three.
