Alas, garlic is to be feared. I did trick her once into eating a bit of roasted garlic, and she didn't go up in flames, so NOT Nosferatu.

Every now and again, especially at Italian restaurant, I get a little plate of raw garlic on the side, give her a good-night kiss, and dig in.

I'm working the Mid-Atlantic region this week so I had to get some crab cakes while in Maryland! I went to legendary Koco's Pub for a crab soup and their renowned crab cake. So fucking delicious. They'll ship cakes anyplace too!

Did Chinese 5 spice rubbed pork loin and some olive oil/sea salt roast cauliflower on the grill tonight. Wasn’t visually entertaining and forum bug makes it all load sideways so you’ll have to use your imagination. Pork loin works great with just salt, 5 spice powder and once served, some hoisin sauce drizzled on it and green onion garnish.

Tonight i cut up tritip and marinated it in a “korean” style sauce.
