It's a European recipe which the wife made and it took a while.
I'll go through it, basically it's boiled potatoes, parsnip, carrots Italian cabbage, boiled eggs, gherkins,onions which are all chopped up and with garden peas and sweetcorn, layered in a large ceramic bowl with mayonnaise mixed in, then set in the fridge.
Needless to say it's all gone now.
