That's Classified!

Actually, pre-cut crab shells since quite thick and 'spiny' [Alaskan King].
Brushed on a mixture of olive oil, butter, smoked paprika, cilantro, garlic..then baked.
Set aside a bit of mixture, 'roasted' with lemon juice for dinner dip.

Sooo instead my 'Fusion' for this eve...fresh authentically marinated, 'jerked' Gulf shrimp convection roasted, along with leftover seasoned basmati rice, sautéed spinach & brussel sprouts.
