my car went back into "in transit" so i believe it's left the NJ Port.. on it's way to my dealership...

Lucky! Mine still shows as "At the port", so I guess it hasn't been cleared yet. Keep us posted when you'll pick it up!

03/02/22 Final Assembly
03/24/22 At the Port (Mexico)
03/30/22 Left the port in Mexico
04/15/22 Arrived at the Port in NJ
Waiting for car car to make it to the dealer

I checked this morning (9AM CST) and was still in Final Assembly.. I just checked again (3:20 PM CST) and it is now "Ready For Transport".

2/7 - Order Confirmed / Week 10 Allocation dealer traded for
3/16 Production Begins
3/28 Entering Assembly
4/7 Quality Check
4/14 Final Assembly
4/18 Ready for Transport

Friday —and through the weekend, I know, as I compulsively check— my build was mired in "Today's the Day" purgatory at "Production begins".

Sometime today it skipped two steps to "Entering Assembly Line". A strange, wonderful jolt forward!

After 2 weeks or so in “ready for transport” I just updated to “awaiting carrier assignment”

Hopefully it’s already on a boat and on its way!

I just called BMW Genius and my car is on the Glovis Sun, due at port on May 1. I'm guessing NJ port since I'm in NY

great update! car was ready for transport for about about a week and it just updated today to in transit !!

Made it onto the Glovis sun as well! The car should be at the dealership by the second week of May. Man this has been a Rollercoaster ride of waiting. All first world problems for sure, but still. I've never ordered a car before so it's a new experience for me.

My status have been "ready for transport" for over three weeks now.... Per the screen shot I got from my CA the car was status 165 "In Transit - Plant of Manufacture to Port of Departure" since March 28th...
I really hope it actually made it on that ship.

i actually got to see my car and sit in it today... very happy.. signed all the paperwork.. should get it by friday

Also picking up mine on Friday! Trying to see if I can bring it straight to the shop to put some clear paint protection film.
