That's it! I miss this. I used to leave on the East Coast where every Italian family restaurant had linguine with white clam sauce on the menu. Not so much in the flyover states!

I didn't get a pic, but pretty much everything went on the griddle last night:
Sausages (spicy Italian and plain)
nopales
3 types of chiles
tortillas
rice
beans
Hawaiian sweet buns
1/3lb burgers
cheese

My grand nephew came late and got the best rice/beans, fried up on the griddle next to the burgers and sausages. Funny, there wasn't much grease left after cooking his meal!
