Pastitsio, salad and cute little pears!

Pastitsio flavor profile is the same as moussaka with bechamel, cinnamon, nutmeg and tomato paste. Pastisio uses pasta in place of eggplant, zucchini and potatoes with moussaka.

Quiche and salad

Leek and goat cheese quiche and lovely savory shortcrust pastry.

Standard salad with arugula, tomatoes, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, onions, S&P, EVOO and balsamic glaze. I don't always have an onion on hand!

Grapes for dessert.
