Interesting on the accidental order working out. I've written here about how Buffalo Wild Wings accidentally gave us lemon pepper wings a few months ago, and it is now my go-to favorite and regular dinner every Tuesday ever since.....

Spaghetti alla pesto

Pesto recipe from Lidia Bastianich

1 bunch flat parsley, large stems removed
2 bunches basil leaves, stems removed
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/3 c walnut halves or pieces
1/3 c grated parmesan
EVOO
salt to taste

Place vegetables, nuts, cheese and salt in food processor, and run while drizzling EVOO. Continue processing and adding EVOO until the desired consistency is achieved.

Toss pesto with pasta in a bowl, plate and add more parmesan.

Easy, flavorful, healthy and good! Cherries for dessert.
