Yeah I had a similar struggle and we decided to buy a big side yard storage shed that all those types of items are now stored… freed up the space for my man cave garage!

Car condo? We almost put a deposit down on a new build at the workshops of watertown condos last year. The Chan or Medina ones would be sweet too but are pricey.
