Just called Genius asked about tracking an HEA car. Said it’s on GLOVIS Companion in Gulf. Website still says Ready for Transport lol

Per my experience the website is typically off. Below shows the Glovis Companion’s current location, just off port.

Do you know the production date on the car?

My HEA was 2/10 and website says it’s awaiting transport as of today.

I don’t. I just took the production number from the HEA car my dealer provided me and subtracted about 100 from that number, entered that in My Garage and got the VIN then called Genius and provided them with said VIN…..yes I was bored. I would just give Genius a call, like stated above the website isn’t reliable.

I want to order a 2023 M2 I just bought my M3 2 months ago and LOVE it. it's the best car I have ever had...not the most expensive but the best overall. I love the M2's looks and it is nothing like the M3 I love the boxy M2...just wondering does anyone have a G80 and is getting one of these also? if so how different do you think they will be? I sat in an M240i sport and I thought it was cheap ..no offense to anyone that has one! I have was the reviews but have not heard an M3 comparison. What do you all think? will it be different enough? I am sure I can get one of the first ones that the dealer gets..IMHO

The dealer wants a 5K nonrefundable deposit and Im not sure without even sitting in it I want to do that. I think that request is fine if the car has been built and can not be changed..but if the car has not been built and can be changed I think you should be able to get a refund.

FYI, other than the front seats the G87’s interior is identical to the G42’s. So, given that you felt the G42 interior was “cheap” you are going to have the same sentiments towards the G87.

Hey, don't have a g8X M3/4 but driven a few on the track and street. Obviously haven't driven the M2. However, was in the situation where I was deciding between getting the G82 M4 vs G87 M2.

I think because the chassis and the drive train is the same between the two (and the weight), it will feel about the same. The shorter wheel base will likely make the car more lively and better in slow corners.

For me, I chose the G87 over the G82 due to the looks and the size. The new M3/4 looks striking and menacing with great presence in real life. The new M2 looks more subdued, which reminds me of my previous BMW. Plus, the M2 seemed like a bargain compared to the M3/4 with the same engine, etc.

Your car looks great! Love the BG. You can't go wrong with either, but if you care about how luxurious a car is then I wouldn't change.

That is definitely pro heel-toe action. A stock transmission and clutch assembly can't handle that.

At this point you're either paying that ADM or waiting 2 years.
