Excellent. Assuming these will fit the 2025 model when I order, this looks promising.

Why wouldn't they fit?

Possible facia update like the M4. Maybe they leave it as is.

No facia update, it’s been only 2 years since launch. BMW waits at least 4-5 before LCI. Only new colors coming and possible slight hp boost.

That's what I assume, but they changed the F87 M2 twice in 5 years, didn't they? Or was it just the Competition that was the visual change....

These are nice. When you order the side vent covers did you have to order 2, or do both sides come as a set? (i.e. am I spending $100 or $200)

Not sure about LCI only happening after 4-5 years. M2 was introduced in 2016. 2 years later was the LCI model changes for 2018. Some changes for 2018:

new LED headlights and taillights
redesigned dash - air vents, audio
gauge cluster readability improvements (sun glare before LCI)
center display upgraded to touchscreen

I have had my side grills just sitting around because I didn't want to commit to taking the bumper off. I will definitely be installing next time I wash if I can install without bumper removal!

i wish i took pictures but... when up on a lift you can absolutely get them in without removing the bumper. my body guy and i did it together (i also had been putting it off because the bumper issue). the adhesive (vs clips) makes it easy.

I wonder if any of these would work for those who have the carbon fiber air inlets. I believe those have that diagonal crossbar (for a lack of a better word).

Anybody knows if these from the M4 will fit the M2 G87? I think I prefer these ones.

If yours is an automatic, they have a (I think) transmission cooler in front of the radiator that is unprotected. Manuals have just the radiator in front with the plastic grill.

Yes. I believe there’s that difference. Mine is an auto. So want to protect it but prefer this option than other aftermarket I’ve seen. So if anyone can confirm this form the M4 fit I will get them. Thanks

It’s not radiator guard , it’s transmission oil cooler . And exposed without any protection .
