Interesting the difference in rake between us and euro spec. My rear seems to be higher

Folks, since our cars use Torque to Yield bolts on the suspension, it appears that top hats along with swawbar end links would need to be removed for the spring install (after compressing them on the struts).

Did you all use the same bolts to tighten everything up (front and rear)? or got new ones? If any one has torque specs, be great! (TIA!!)

I don't have torque specs handy, but installed all new hardware ( got kit from bimmerworld). Did on another friends car as well, but with original hardware ( 2 track days and all still good).

I had mine installed. I was told it wasn't necessary. On my other BMWs that I installed springs I didn't change them had no issues for 8 yrs. Engines and transmissions definitely would use them.

Did you see that post where this guy didn’t undone a single bolt except the middle bolt. Hats and end links etc stayed completely untouched. Showed pictures and everything. Didn’t even need a spring compressor.

After a few weeks of settling...Also shows right where the 15mm spacers bring you.

Has anyone tried running 10mm spacers with Eibach springs - do we know if this setup still rubs at full lock? I'm not trying to mess with the inside fender if I don't have to.

I’ve run 12 and 15mm on stock and a 305 tire without any rub
