I have just ordered one of these lips for my G87. It was about $400 USD landed in Australia, but that represents so much better value than the CF items.
Given that it will most certainly be abused (mainly by my wife) I can replace this item 4 times for the same cost as a single CF unit.
Looking forward to receiving it.

That looks perfect now.
How difficult was it to remove (unstick) the old 3M tape to replace the center section?

Wasn't difficult really. My front end has ppf, so I had to be careful not to pull that away from the paint when removing the center section.
