Yes, we are smack-dab in the center of redneck... but I've yet to be flipped off by some mullet in a Bronco. Well, it might have happened. I'm generally oblivious to anyone I'm passing as I'm looking ahead to my next obstacle. The only "incident" I had was some young fella in a Civic at the gas station. I pulled up to fuel up and he was about to walk up and pay. He said something to a girl in his car about hating "effin" yuppies. He must've seen my FOP tag when he walked behind the car and I saw his face change to fear. I said, "hey," and smiled and he said, "sorry sir." I told him I'd been the same way till I drove one. He laughed and we went on about our business. I could've done the chest thumping BS and been a prick about it. At the end of the day, either choice I make has no direct bearing on the size of my, well, you know. Quote:

Good point. I'd just crank up my Logic 7 and enjoy the beat...

I was lmao when I 1st saw this thread until my encounter with one of the "Rednecks" me yesterday. I'm in NY mind you, so this guy may just white trash in a beater old Chevy. He saw me comming and swerves in front of me from and intersection... then proceeds to go 15 mph in a one lane mind you. grrr.
I finally went around him when the road became two lanes again. As I passed he gave me the snarl and looked like he was about to spit. (I wish he would... God help him if he did). I just shook my head and kept it moving. What a Jack ass |
