They use UPS and you’ll get a huge financial hit before receiving the item.
UPS is the worst for Canadian international shipments. They're accounting is so poor, they'll try to invoice you a second time months later.

I put it on my neighbors lift, took roughly 30 minutes including putting on lift, taking old stuff off, putting new stuff on, taking off lift.
Details can be found here, including weight differences: https://g87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2071670

We should probably make that thread a sticky since everyone is getting some sort of protection under the car.

Just as an update, all backorders are fulfilled and we finally have some spare units available for those looking for a Mishimoto skid plate.

I referenced myself to show that people are not far removed from actual instances of damage and noted that it was a pretty small rock that did the damage.
Even if the chances are few and far between....tell that to the owners who have had this happen to them. How would you feel if someone said something like that and you had to replace an engine. What's the response? "Sh!t happens"...doesn't quite cut it.

I did the Turner Motorsports skid plate option a few weeks after reading some of the stories owners experienced in late 2023.

Why are you quoting me? I'm one of the people that have had had to replace a radiator within the first month of ownership. I have purchased and installed radiator protection and oil cooler protection. Maybe you meant to quote someone else, or direct your comments to another member.

Just wanting to piggyback off your point. Sorry for the confusion.

Is your car lowered? I have the MP HAS so I’m debating between Mishimoto and the Southeast C&F plate. Not sure what’s the best for clearance.

I have MP HAS (fully lowered) and the Mishi skid plate. No rubbing/scraping whatsoever. I am on 20" rims in the front and back.

My Mishimoto paired with a lightweight performance TÜV splitter. The level of confidence these 2 bring me while I’m slammed on H&R VTF’s is amazing.

I have MP HAS and I hate that this post ironically lowers your clearance. 1st day out I scraped it and messed up the stock rubber air deflector, where I haven't had an issue before.

And I can't use my low profile jack (by itself) I bought to do the install. I instantly regretted it when I had to get creative in lowering the car down onto the jack itself. Another pull is selling one that doesn't have clearance issues for 350$ I might go that route later and sell this one. But for now the oil cooler is bulletproof.

Thank you for your insight. This is my concern.

I have also seen the Another Pull plate. I’m curious if that one sits nice and flat or if it has a slight bow since the screws are fairly far apart. This is my same concern for the inner part of the Southeast C&F version. I would hate to hear flapping down there at high speeds.

Thank you.

I'm not sure, but we have it in stock in the US and offer very competitive rates even after shipping to the EU is added on.

Feel free to check with my or my support team for a quote

For those who have the Mishimoto Oil Cooler Guard installed does it get in the way of installing a front lip? What I mean by that is some of the front lips I am looking at will use the OEM 10mm bolts which won't pose a problem but they also require self taping crews for additional support. Would I have to drill through the skid plate to install the self tappers or is there plenty of room to just self tap into the bump and miss the skid plate?

I have the MHC splitter and Mishimoto skid plate. No issues together. The self taping screws go into the bottom of the bumper.
