Jazzy Belle (both versions) is probably my favorite Outkast song. It's a long way from "Hey Ya" and "Ms. Jackson."

You're right, but many consider hip hop to be a culture from which hip hop music, DJing, MCing, breaking, graffiti, stemmed, so early music ends up being called hip hop more often than rap, since it's closer to its cultural roots than what's getting airplay now.

lol just about every genre has rhymes and flow though. To me rap is more raw and hip hop is lovey dovey crap but still sounds good.
