Also, if anyone can make a suggestion for me. I am looking for: $400-$1k (yes, wide range) White face Roman Numerals Black Gator Band Comparable size to the Baum Able to wear on occasions such as work / dates. Please excuse my brutal terms as I don't know proper 'watch lingo' (even though I have my BM )

Do people still wear watches? Since I started carrying a cell, a watch seems superfluous unless I'm out doing sporty stuff... swimming, biking or running.. then it's a Timex Ironman.
I have a nice Hamilton and a TAG that both sit in boxes.

you should get those bad boys on your wrist, or sell them to someone who will appreciate them, then put that money to something you would appreciate more.

Picked this up on a whim at Nordstrom. Really just got it for fun but it gets a ton of attention here in L.A. No clue why, but people always gawk at it and ask me how much it was. I always laugh and tell them, $500 at any surf shop dude. Went in to buy a Hammy with a leather band and walked out with this. Mom and Dad have this waiting at home for me for graduation, after moving across the country we kinda just forgot to get it last year when I graduated so when I go home for the summer tomorrow I'll start rockin this, but I'll still daily my Tissot with this Louis Vuitton Bracelet

Keeping track of time
Other than your on-board clock, what kind of watch do you wear driving? Most people these days don't seem to wear watches, but just use their cellphone.
What do you like to wear? Chronograph? Quartz? Auto? G shock? Speedmaster? Sub? GPS watch? I don't have my M3 yet...but I'll have a bunch of watches to wear (I collect them). Pics? I hope to channel my inner Steve McQueen with this one. (from 1991, no batts, mechanical all the way). Fyi- Steve McQueen's 5512 Submariner sold at auction for $234K! No watch, but Steve just taking care of business in SF from "Bullitt." |

I started to get into it but couldn't pull the trigger on the higher end watches. I have a few tw steel that I like and they are reasonable price wise.
