I am so glad for you that those 111 and 112 came to you so fast. Unfortunately I put my order in a couple of days before you encouraged by the advise of my dealership that if I put my order in April I will immediately most probably get a May or at worst a June production week but now after so many weeks my dealership didn't honour their advise and I am still at status 047 waiting for that 111 status best news to arrive so at least I may get a late June production week allocated so there isn't a possibility I "slip" into a MY 23 car which I dont want...

With everyone's dealers getting their cars from the NJ yesterday and today, and no word on mine, I called BMW Genius today.

For some reason mine has been waiting for a carrier to pick it up for 2 days now. It's already been released from VPC, but no carrier. They said it could be days.

I live around 6 hours away from the port. Annoying.

I went through the frustration phase that you are going through and although not a spiritual guy of any sorts, the fact that we are blessed with the opportunity to buy a brand new BMW should suffice.. Enjoy it, you are almost there (I am on the same boat as you) !

Has anyone seen an update on RCC Africa? The ship was last reported 2 days ago near Havanna, Cuba. It is due into San Juan tomorrow (5/5/2022).

Have you by chance asked anyone at BMW Roch what the anticipated wait time it would be from the 16th (when it's scheduled to arrive at port) to the dealer? I would LOVE to take possession of the car by the 24th— right before the long weekend. That might be wishful thinking.

Edit: moments after I sent this reply, my local dealer returned my call and told me that it should take 5-7 days. I'm guessing mine will arrive somewhere around the 24th and you will get yours an hour or two after the car carrier leaves my dealer. I asked them if they could take measures to expedite the prep, and I was told that they'd do what they could. I have an appointment to get a ceramic coating on the morning of the 25th. Fingers crossed!

I checked various tracking sites and most are pretty far behind.
Shipfix.com seems most up to date, putting it past Cuba at this point.

Congrats on your order Kameron ! did the dealer mention anything about that yours have high chances being a 2022 or a 2023 model ? and if yes, did he mentioned anything about if the 2023 production will actually start in July or will be delayed to August or September ?
