How’s it play?
I got the Oculus when it came out.
The few games I liked, I always had to go through about an hr of “how to play” instructions”. I tried online poker and my hand movements would hardly register.
It’s been in its box for maybe over a year.

Mine arrived today. Looking forward to trying out GT7. Not convinced it will be worth the hassle - especially since I share GT7 with someone and would have to adjust the eye span constantly. Decided to order anyway and send back if it's a disappointment.

I replaced a double front door with a fiberglass one having 2 sidelights. All 1 piece - the glass is heavily frosted and depending on which direction you face you can get more thermal insulation. For safety sake i opted for the triple lock mechanism - has a deadbolt type lock at the entrance handle and top/ bottom actuators that fit in the jamb for security. ( multipoint)
Door and components were made by " ThermaTRU"
from Indiana, very impressed

be sure you get it painted at the factory, and there's options like a different color on each side.

I tried the oculus while my son was awake. Of course he wanted to try it too and he had more fun on a VR roller coaster than I did on any of the games.
It’s not recommended for kids under 13 though, so back in the box it went..

I mainly got it for gran turismo 7, but will definitely try it out for other games as well. My son is 10 months old and daughter is 5 years old... so definitely can't let them anywhere near it.

thanks for the reply. we also selected ThermaTru "smooth star" collection
black on both side. still deciding on the quarter panel glass.
we thought about having 1 side panel but that would drive up the cost of making entry larger- on top of the replacement of all windows with Pella.
so kept it simple as just replacing front door, adding storm door.
Emtek was an option for the lock system which was multipoint lock as you mention. we are looking at least $3k without install.

I was tired of having trailer tires constantly picking up nails and short wear life, bought some Transeagle 14 all steel ply tires. Didn't even know 14 ply existed and boy these things are HEAVY, FedEx loved me I'm sure. Tire installer wasn't thrilled to put them on as they are hard as rocks making it difficult to mount.

Immediately noticed a substantial difference in how the trailer rides, much more sure footed and solid over bumps. These are what "hot shots" use on their trailers as you should get double the life and rarely have a blow out. So if you have a car trailer or such I highly recommend them.
