Got the parts to start building the wiring harness for the USB-C ports.

I’m very happy that they matched up. Considering I took a gamble if these were the correct connectors.

Maybe read what I said again. I said I go aftermarket if the original isn’t available. It wasn’t an argument, it is my preference.
FYI, I have aftermarket exhaust tips, red start button and centre storage cubby. (Genuine mats, inc boot liner)

I've been holding these bad boys because, as we all know, real power comes from "M" badges and, as there are already 16 factory fitted "M" badges on my car, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle the massive increase in power!
I thought of swapping them for the BMW roundel ones but I couldn't cope with different BMW badges - all other badges on car are 50 Jarre ones - yes, inc steering wheel and engine cover! These look just the ticket and shouldn't make the car ridiculously fast.....hopefully!

Did you get the "M" ones or the 50 Jahre Anniversary ones? There are loads of the "M" ones for that kind of money on eBay and Amazon etc. I paid £14 for mine I think, the 50 Jahre ones seem to be $30 - $40 + shipping from the US, the few I tried don't ship to NI anyway. I've tried Cotswolds to see if they stock them.

I got lucky and friend of the family had a set and offered them.

Check BMW of Atlantic City on ebay, I saw them when I was looking in the summer and they ship globally, not cheap mind, but I just checked and they still have stock.
