Car ordered/deposit put down on 11/23; allocation secured/order sent 11/25; order accepted/Production No. received 11/26 (status 111). Been waiting for 112 since so I can call Genius and get my car's production week. The move from accepted to production scheduled typically takes 2-3 weeks, so I'm not expecting movement again until around Dec. 15

You should be able to get production week from the dealer. As i understand it, the allocations are for a specific week. My CA told me the week when the order was recieved by bmw.

Same here mine was released to a carrier on nov 2 and still in ready for transportation,it’s been 5weeks for me , these is getting ridiculous.
Just to think about that our cars are parked somewhere outside for months its crazy. im very close to start to look around and see what dealers have m2s in stock!

Called today, no update. Car has finished production Nov 4, left Nov 14, did it fall off the train? Is the train stuck? I’m super confused where the vehicle could be and there are no updates. It’s strange. As much as I look around I can’t see myself stirring away from what I built to settle for the car. The waiting game continues.

just got word from BMWNA that prod week start was pushed from 4JAN to 19JAN. ARGH!!!! that will be an arrival in US deep into trump tax range.... starting to look at other cars as a back up plan.

I wonder how all of this will play out? If tariffs are in place I wonder if they will honor the price that you signed on your order/paperwork or if it is something that will be automatically applied to every car delivered on January 20th and after? If the price goes up that much, maybe a lot of people will not take delivery? I would think BMW would want to pump as many out as fast as possible and in people's hands before January 20th, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Just called BMW Genius; my car's moved to 112, and production week is 03 2025 -- Jan. 12, the week before yours. Genius agent indicated that all factory components are available for my build.

So: assuming production is complete by 1/18, it'll be another month or so before it's at the dealer. It'll be a little early, if the schedule holds ...

It does appear that things are starting to move again for our orders ... but yeah, I'm concerned about tariff implementation, too, and when in the production process it would take effect. If it's at export dispatch, that's the day after final production: 1/19. If it's at the port of entry at customs (between offload and VPC) -- in my case, in Galveston after what's probably a week-long boat ride from Veracruz -- that's probably around 2/10. Eeek.

The 2025 Audi RS3 is expected to arrive in US dealerships in late spring or early summer 2025. Dealers may start taking orders for the car in early 2025, around the same time that the official pricing is announced

If you have been following the thread on audizine, there will be a limited run in the spring and then they will probably stop making them and begin to make 2026's in the summer after retool and vacation.

You can expect to see RS3's at the dealer in 2025, but you are unlikely to be able to order a 2025 unless you have been waiting since earlier this year on a list already.

Probably right. I drove a 23 m3 compx before I put a deposit on the M2. I prefer the rs3 over the m3. (also $30k less)

i simply do not understand why audi does things like this... maybe it helps drive up value/scarcity that the dealers capture, but it sure does lose a lot of customers (even more so when the M2 xdrive comes)

I say this with no malice to the rs3 or audi, but it's a total shit show over there.

I was 100% in on an exclusive color rs3, I had the #1 spot for 2025 car orders at the highest volume dealer in New England. Then they delayed the rs3 announcement, then they delayed it again. I started looking at other cars.

Now they've finally (soft) announced the 2025 plan and there will be no exclusive colors and you basically can't order the 25. Also the US can't get the carbon buckets because Audi corporate is cheap.

If you do manage to order one, guess what? It take 4-6 months to come AFTER building starts. G42 was order placed into my garage in 7 weeks.

Meanwhile the 25 A3 with the new design is out on the road. Saw onenparked next to me on Sunday. It's a disaster. Steering wheel is bad bad, badging is ugly and looks fake, interior is not nearly as good as g2x/4x/8x.

Anyway... excited for m2 awd and love my g42 so far.

being that it is indv paint it might be delayed or have a later production week

I called Genius and they were able to look up the production start of CW12, which is March, subject to change of course. Welp, nothing to do but keep waiting. What's like a typical turnaround from start of production to delivery? I know sometimes there could be back ups during the transport phase.
