Yeah, I prefer them without the logo's too but they're not nearly as bad as you think - on the the gunmetal you can hardly see them in the pics.

Got an oil service done at the dealer today, but didnt update the iDrive, just a bit of peace of mind, waiting for 16k miles for the first oil change didnt sit right with me.

What mileage did you actually get your first oil change at? iDrive seriously said the first oil change wasn’t due for you until 16k?

First oil change in UK is 19k miles assuming average operating conditions. Oil and engines have moved on since the 1970’s

3000, just for the first oil change ill stick to the regular service intervals for the rest

Interesting, thanks for sharing the intervals for the UK. It’s 10K in the US. I’ve seen another thread where others are not comfortable even abiding by the 10K interval, so was curious to get your POV.
