I use No explod....I usually stop taking it for a month and start taking it again. I usually take it 30 min before my workout b/c it does make me hit the bathroom for a little lol! But works great.

I've stopped using stimulants but after reading a whole bunch of reviews of agmatine I thought I would try it. Love this stuff. Get some really good pumps going and they last for a long time.

I don't prefer to eat more food before my workout but i eat some fruits for energy before doing my workout. Eating fruits help us during workout.

I've been pretty happy with Alarm. It didn't rip my guts up like Super Pump, but I felt like I got better workouts from SP (as long as I stayed away from cardio.) I felt a lot more alert with Alarm the first few times, but built up an immunity quick. Taste (watermelon) was really pleasant compared to almost everything else I've tried.
I'm going to try some of the stuff that's been mentioned in here. Sounds like you guys are getting some killer results with stuff I've never heard of |

I just started using this stuff called progenex FORCE. From what I have seen its pretty awesome. It has been a great pre workout supplement and taste great

We had a guy at the guy bring 3 boiled potates and eat them before his workout. Complex carbs break down slowly and provide slow release. Its funy to see at least

First time using pre-workout I have been using Muscle Tech from Sams...I didn't know any better.
I'm going to order some C4 and give that a shot. Amazon looks the cheapest price. |
