I think 285/30 on at 19x10 is going to be possible too.
This was from another thread: 285/30 and 245/35 is the best all around match with a tight fitment on a 10" and 8.5" wheel. I'm guessing this won't look to shabby This keeps it under 1% Now just figuring out offset.. I’m thinking +32 front and +27 rear but someone correct me Last edited by JDM_240; 03-19-2022 at 11:23 PM.. |

Wild curiosity, does anyone think the GR Supra 19” front wheels will fit this car? I see the measurements online as:
Center Bore: 66.5 mm PCD: 5x112 9Jx19 ET32 Part # 42611WAA03

To get a 9" to fit front you would need no more than ET25. That would reduce strut clearance by 12mm and you would poke another 15mm further out than stock. You'd be trucking with another 15mm poke IMO also the clearance would be very tight to the strut. I'd say yes a 9" ET25 can be done but probably shouldn't. I have 19*9 et30 oz and there is some space to strut. I believe, it’s possible. But depends of rims and tire fatness. With 5mm spacer it will work, definitely.

I have the GR Supra OEM wheels in my garage. front will fit, very very very close to strut though. 255 tires will NOT clear the struts. you'll need to run 235 up front to maybe clear the struts without 3mm spacers.

Guess the question of whether they can fit is better left to the engineers to opine on how much space needs to be kept between the strut and tire. I'd hate to see what happens if you ever bent a rim or got a flat/bulge in the sidewall with only 3-5mm of clearance.

I have the 792M Black Bi Colors with all seasons square. I got 17mm spacers for the front and 12mm for the rear. should be perfect poke. Should work for the TE37 or G025 too when they get ordered

Do you guys think running the following spec tires will work with the Xdrive? From reading the previous post, 19x9 ET25 can be fitted with 255/35R19 front and 19x10 Et45 cant be fitted with 275/35R19 . But they are about 2.3% different in OD.

I have a set of wheels being forged 19x9, and 19x10. Should be ready in about 4 weeks. Plus my Dahler spring just arrived today. Hopefully everything works. BTW 275/35 in the back not 275/30.

Not sure why you all want wider rear tyres. Are you looking for more understeer?

Very excited to see your fit though. I’ve been contemplating the Dahler springs but a 1” front and rear is heavy.. I was hoping to see some nose drop too like Dinan does to the M440 compared to the even on their M340. I want that nose a little lower to offset the hood bulge… our car weighs nearly the same at the 4, I’m wondering if those would be better, maybe less drop since slightly lighter by 1-200lbs 🤷 |
