You guys suck! I just watched the first one. That damn camel toe. All I can think of is that she must be waxed clean for it to be so defined. I hate you all.
I can't believe I actually just typed that. EDIT - I have to add the smilies. Don't want you to think I really hate you.

This is 3rd on the list of how to die quickly just behind Jumping off a Cliff or Bridge and Jumping out of a Skyscraper.

Things must be very different in Australia. anywhere in North America you will get ordered to get back in your car, and likely not politely. You may get a pistol pointed at you if you're lucky you don't get shot. The police want you in your car for a number of reasons, among them is your safety as the copper needs to worry about his ass and the traffic and doesn't want to have to worry about yours, the bigger reason is it gives him a tactical advantage. And the police generaly don't want to shake hands with anyone and again there area number of reasons for this. |

Yeah, I wouldn't be exiting my vehicle, and that is in Canada (not that there isn't a lot of gun crime here too). Maybe if it was absolutely an emergency and he wasn't getting out of his car fast enough...maybe. But then it would be hands in the air where he can see them and explaining what the emergency is.
Just can't see a good reason to exit the vehicle otherwise. Down under must be different. Maybe it is because 90% of living things can kill you over there, so the police maybe just figure what's the difference, you are just part of the 90%... |

This. Most of my family were in law enforcement. My brother is still an active sheriff's deputy. Best thing to do is stay in the car, keep your hands in plain view, and just be polite. 90% of the stuff they have to deal with is negative or an attack on them for doing their job, so yeah...some of them just wear the attitude up front. But most of the time if you are respectful, you will see that persona drop pretty quickly unless they are anal people to begin with. Now some are dicks, but most of them are pretty cool. My daughter is marrying into a police family next month. The kid's dad is the swat team trainer, and his uncle is the coroner for our county. Plus most of the city and county cops actually come over and take classes at our Aikido School just for added protection. We teach them that you have a certain amount of space around you that is yours, and if someone enters that space you immediately react. The stories I hear of some of their crazier exploits sometimes make me cringe. An arm-bar is an effective deterrent....but add some leverage to that in the form of a club and things can get really painful.

I once got pulled over for doing about 75 mph on my Yamaha R1 on a freeway with a 65 limit. If I had been going any slower, cars would have run over me.
The California Highway Patrol officer seemed a little surprised when I took off my helmet and he saw I was a lawyer who had cross examined him in court, not some squirrelly kid. Then the friend riding with me took off HIS helmet... and the officer found himself face to face with the traffic court judge. The cop muttered something about just pulling us over for a closer look at the bikes, then wished us a safe and fun ride while scurrying back to his car. |

The officer offered a plea to coasting, which is a lower fine and a non-moving violation that won't affect your insurance. When I said that was reasonable, she interjected, "But I was turning!" I excused us to the hallway, where I explained that you have to come to a full stop before turning right on a red light. It took some convincing ("who's the criminal defense attorney here?") but she finally (and reluctantly) agreed. Two weeks later, when I told the story at her sister's house, her brother in law started laughing. It turned out that her sister had done... and said... exactly the same thing a month earlier. "What do you expect?" said my wife. "The same dad taught us both to drive." |
